Detroit Athletic Club, Restoration Award. For their ongoing stewardship of the exterior and interior of this iconic Albert Kahn Building.

Detroit film Theater, Rehabilitation Award. For their commitment to the rehabilitation of the theater space to maintain its historic integrity.

WSU Police Department/CDPA Architects, Renovation Award. For the renovation of this early auto industry structure to further its life and usefulness as a headquarter for the Wayne State University Police Department.

Ruth Adler Schnee, Lifetime Achievement Award. For her (and her late husband, Edward) support of the arts and urban renewal in the City of Detroit.

Joe Zainea, Lifetime Achievement Award. For his commitment to the community and the stewardship of the Majestic Theater and Garden Bowl.

Phillip and Ryan Cooley, Community Development Award. For the renovation of the building which now houses Slows Bar BQ and the Michigan Avenue Commercial Block.

New Center Council, Community Development Award. For the Woodward Gateway Facade Improvement project which restored/rehabilitated the facades of 28 buildings in the blocks between Grand Blvd and Baltimore.
